For the majority of claims, you will be advised of the appropriate repairer who can carry out repairs, together with their contact information. You will also be provided with a claim reference number that should be used during any correspondence with us or the repairer regarding your claim.
In some cases, we may need to assess your claim in more detail before a decision can be made. Once again, you will be advised of your claim reference to be used in any correspondence with us.
We will also be able to provide up to the minute status updates via email and/or text message. Therefore it is important that you provide an email address and mobile number when logging your claim.
Not for use during Manufacturer warranty period
This system is not intended for use if you are trying to log a claim under the manufacturer warranty. You will need to contact the store or manufacturer directly to do this.This site is for extended warranties only.
